Endeavor launches Scale Up Program for Northern Ireland Entrepreneurs

Endeavor Ireland has selected five founders to participate in its Scale Up Programme for Northern Ireland.

Endeavor is a global not-for-profit organisation with a mission to support and accelerate high-impact entrepreneurs by connecting them with talent, capital and a worldwide peer and mentor network.  As part of this mission to support the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem, Endeavor Ireland runs a Scale Up Programme. Its first Scale Up Programme was in 2023 and focused on women entrepreneurs. This year, given its all-island mission, it is focusing on founders with global ambition in Northern Ireland.

Following a call for applications in January, the following Northern Ireland based founders have been selected to take part this programme:

  • Ryan Donnelly, Co-founder, Enzai,
  •  Laura Haldane, Co-founder, SciLead
  •  Mark Dowds, CEO and founder, RESPONSIBLE
  • Roger Johnston, CEO and founder, Axial3D
  • Greg Maguire, CEO and founder, Humain

The five entrepreneurs will now participate in a five-month programme that will include 10 one-on-one mentorships tailored to their specific needs. The inaugural session of the programme was held at the KPMG office in Belfast this week. KPMG is one of Endeavor Ireland’s corporate partners.
