Dublin, Ireland – Endeavor Ireland today announced two key leadership appointments designed to further strengthen its support of high-impact entrepreneurs across Ireland and deepen connections to Endeavor’s global network.
Hilary Rushe has been appointed Managing Director of Endeavor Ireland, following a successful period as Interim Managing Director. Rushe joined Endeavor Ireland in 2025 to lead Entrepreneur Experience and has played a central role in supporting founders across the network while helping drive the organisation’s continued growth and impact. Prior to joining Endeavor Ireland, Hilary spent five years at IDA Ireland, most recently as VP of Emerging Business based in Chicago, where she worked with multinational companies looking to establish and grow their operations in Ireland.
Endeavor Ireland has also appointed entrepreneur and business leader Niall Horgan as Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). Horgan brings extensive experience across entrepreneurship, scaling technology companies, brand-building and international growth. Best known as the co-founder and Chairman of Gym+Coffee, one of Ireland’s most recognised consumer brands, he remains actively involved across entrepreneurship, investing and new venture creation. Previously, Horgan held senior commercial and leadership roles at global technology companies including Twitter and Slack.
As Managing Director, Rushe will continue to lead Endeavor Ireland’s operations, partner relationships, and strategic growth, building on the strong momentum established during her time as Interim Managing Director.
As Entrepreneur in Residence, Horgan will work alongside the Endeavor Ireland Board and leadership team to support entrepreneurs as they scale and help strengthen Ireland’s connection to Endeavor’s global network of founders, investors and business leaders.
The role reflects Endeavor Ireland’s commitment to bringing active founders and operators into the organisation, providing founders with access to current entrepreneurial experience alongside Endeavor’s global network and resources.
Speaking about her appointment, Rushe said:
“I’m delighted to continue building on the momentum we’ve created across the Endeavor Ireland network. My passion for supporting Irish entrepreneurs has only grown since joining, the ambition and talent in our founder community is truly exceptional. Working alongside such an incredible team and board is a genuine privilege, and I’m particularly excited to partner with Niall as we welcome the next wave of high-impact entrepreneurs into our network and continue to strengthen Ireland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”
Speaking about his appointment, Horgan said:
“I’m incredibly excited to contribute more to Endeavor Ireland in this new capacity. Since becoming an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2021, and I’ve seen firsthand what an exceptional organisation and community it is.
Through Endeavor, I’ve had opportunities to meet, learn from and connect with some of the best entrepreneurs and business leaders in the world, who have built iconic global companies. That level of access is incredibly rare and hugely valuable for founders scaling ambitious businesses.
I’m excited to now have the opportunity to give back, support ambitious Irish founders, and help strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem here in Ireland”
Commenting on the appointments, Endeavor Ireland Chairman The Edge said:
“Endeavor Ireland exists to help ambitious entrepreneurs dream bigger and build companies that make a real impact on the world. As our network grows, I’m delighted to welcome Hilary Rushe as our new Managing Director and Niall Horgan as our first Entrepreneur in Residence.
Hilary brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to supporting founders as they navigate the challenges of growth. Niall has been there himself. He understands first-hand the highs, lows and hard-earned lessons of building a company from the ground up.
Together, they bring a powerful blend of experience, insight and practical support to help the next generation of Irish entrepreneurs scale further and faster.”
