Scale Up Programme
Endeavor is dedicated to enabling homegrown entrepreneurs with high-impact potential to scale their businesses and contribute to the societal benefit of the island of Ireland.
The Scale-Up Programme allows us to support entrepreneurs in overlooked areas, such as women founders and, more recently, Northern Ireland-based entrepreneurs.
Given the overwhelmingly positive response from founders and the Northern Irish ecosystem, we have decided to focus the 2025 Scale Up on NI again!
The 5-month programme includes:
- 7 tailored one-on-one mentorships
- 4 in-person events:
- Launch event
- 2 workshops
- Closing dinner
The programme is designed with local expertise around the needs of the Northern Ireland ecosystem, as well as customization to the individual challenges and opportunities for each participating founder.
The Scale Up programme is crafted specifically for high-potential entrepreneurs working to overcome their growth challenges.
All Scale Up participants receive customized, hands-on mentorship from successful founders to overcome their growth challenges, from culture to fundraising to all of the unforeseen bumps in the road of entrepreneurship.
Participants gain access to a strong, long-lasting global network of fellow founders, peers, mentors, and advisors.
The Scale Up programme is often a first touchpoint to the Endeavor pipeline and network. Endeavor’s global network of entrepreneurs go on to transform economies, fuel job creation, and inspire future generations of leaders.

- Exiting The Startup Phase
- Finding Your Product/Market Fit
- Getting Ready To Scale
Criteria for Founders:
- Candidates must be based in Northern Ireland with operations in the region.
- They must be ambitious and not afraid to dream big.
- The company must be founder-led.
- The founder must be working full-time on the business.
- The company must be revenue-generating or have a clear path to revenue.
- Preference will be given to companies that have raised capital or are planning to raise capital in the next 12 months.
- Co-founders are welcome!
Key dates:
- 16th December 2024 – Applications Open
- 10th January 2025 – Applications Close
- End of January 2025 – Launch Event in Belfast
- February – June 2025 – 5 tailored one-on-one mentorships (remote) with mentors from the local and global Endeavor network
- March & April 2025 – Peer-to-peer workshops in Belfast
- June 2025 – Closing Dinner in Belfast
