This programme accommodates co-founders who are welcome to attend the one-on-one mentorship calls. There must be one main applicant who attends every call.

You will receive six one-hour long mentorship calls over five months. As these are one-on-one calls, we will cater to your calendar when it comes to scheduling.

There will be three in-person events in Belfast through the programme. One Launch day event in January (half day), one workshop in April (half day) and a Closing Dinner to celebrate the completion of the programme.

We are fully flexible for all participants. Many of the mentorships will be from Endeavor global mentors and so they will be done virtually.

Your 10 hours will be spent with business leaders, seasoned entrepreneurs and knowledgeable mentors on highly strategic mentorship sessions that focus on what really matters for your entrepreneurial journey, finding clarity and validation on business growth & direction at scale.

You will get a dedicated Endeavor account manager who will match your challenges with the mentors’ expertise and background. We will always check for any potential conflicts of interest with you before arranging the sessions. The Endeavor model has been operating a curated peer-to-peer network for over 25 years so identifying the right mentors for each entrepreneur is what we do best.
